La mauvaise compr\u00e9hension de ces dynamiques et l&#039;int\u00e9gration limit\u00e9e aux contextes locaux ont longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 une source de frustration au sein de la communaut\u00e9 humanitaire et du d\u00e9veloppement, et les r\u00e9ponses \u00ab aveugles au contexte \u00bb peuvent contribuer \u00e0 des co\u00fbts et des dommages suppl\u00e9mentaires. Notre vision est celle de r\u00e9ponses humanitaires efficaces, sensibles aux vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s et aux relations de pouvoir, et planifi\u00e9es en consultation avec les communaut\u00e9s affect\u00e9es et les institutions locales.<\/p>\n<p>S&#039;appuyant sur l&#039;exp\u00e9rience du\u00a0<u>Plateforme d&#039;anthropologie de la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 Ebola<\/u>, la plateforme Sciences sociales dans l&#039;action humanitaire : une communication pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9tablira des r\u00e9seaux de sp\u00e9cialistes des sciences sociales poss\u00e9dant une expertise r\u00e9gionale et th\u00e9matique pour fournir rapidement des informations, des analyses et des conseils, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la demande et sous des formes accessibles, afin de mieux concevoir et mettre en \u0153uvre les politiques sociales et de communication. dimensions des interventions d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<p>La plateforme lanc\u00e9e d\u00e9but 2017 est un partenariat entre l&#039;UNICEF et l&#039;IDS et le soutien d&#039;Anthrologica. Notre objectif est de travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les parties prenantes du syst\u00e8me humanitaire et du monde universitaire et, \u00e0 cette fin, nous accueillons de nouveaux partenaires.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Port\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plateforme combinera \u00e0 la fois des activit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9paration et de r\u00e9ponse. Un ensemble de th\u00e8mes transversaux guidera ces activit\u00e9s. Les th\u00e8mes prioritaires sont :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Types d&#039;urgence<\/em><\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>sant\u00e9, catastrophes naturelles, conflits.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dimensions sociales<\/em><\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9conomie politique, engagement communautaire et logiques culturelles, diff\u00e9rence sociale et vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019expertise r\u00e9gionale et les liens au niveau national sont d\u2019une importance cruciale. Le d\u00e9veloppement de ces r\u00e9seaux est au c\u0153ur de nos activit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9paration. Notre objectif est de travailler \u00e0 terme dans toutes les r\u00e9gions de l&#039;UNICEF, mais en 2017, nous nous concentrerons sur une r\u00e9gion et serons pr\u00eats \u00e0 fournir un soutien s\u00e9lectif en sciences sociales lors d&#039;une urgence \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans n&#039;importe quelle r\u00e9gion.
