INTRODUCING OUR SSHAP PHASE 3 FELLOWS!

 

After receving 972 complete applications, we have now chosen the fellows for the third phase of our Social Science in Humanitarian Action (SSHAP) fellowship. These fellows are either social scientists or humanitarian practitioners from low- and middle-income countries who are looking to build their skills and networks, focusing on how social science is used in humanitarian settings. With regions from all over the world represented, we are pleased to announce that the fellows by region are:

East and Southern Africa:

  • Caroline Walker (MSF, South Africa)
  • Girma Senbetie Asefawu (Wolkite University, Ethiopia)
  • Gole Yembo (WHO, Ethiopia)
  • Peter Kisaakye (Population Council, Uganda)

Middle East and Northern Africa:

West and Central Africa:
